"Expo Center", located on the first floor of the World Trade Centre Arcade, offers an air-conditioned area of 25,250 sq.ft. It is backed by round-the-clock support services and is the ideal venue for both national and international trade shows. Various support and technical services available are, a panel of contractors for stall design and construction, store rooms, telephone, electricity, reception area, catering facilities and freight elevator with a capacity of 1.5 tons.

The "Expo Center" can be booked fully (25,250 sq. ft.), or approx. half the hall (15,000 sq.ft.) or partially (10,000 sq. ft.). The Centre also offers the South Side Lobby (5,600-sq. ft.) and The Centrum (5,615 sq. ft.) of Centre 1 Building for the Exhibition purposes. The rent effective from August 2003 are Rs. 5.00 per sq.ft. per day for the Exhibition day and Rs. 4.00 per sq.ft. per day for the non-exhibition day if the full hall (25,250 sq. ft.) is booked. However, if 15,000 sq. ft. or 10,000 sq. ft. is booked, the rent is Rs. 5.50 per sq. ft. per day on Exhibition day and Rs. 4.50 per sq. ft. per day on Non-Exhibition day. The rent includes air-conditioning, housekeeping, telephone connections, P.A system, security and car parking.
